We previously bought some of these panels from Somerlap with no issues at all. The delivery driver noticed one of the panels was damaged so took it away and delivered a replacement.
We decided to order some more of the same panels and the quality was not as good. After contacting the company they agreed to replace the faulty panels with no issues.

Easy to light, lots of heat, burn for a decent time. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery and great product We had one small problem with the order we had to order 2 more boards to get free delivery. So we call in and add them. When we did they said we also had to pay for the delivery. A bit on fare but we paid it anyways as we like Somerlap . We are happy with the lumber
