Faulty products

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you believe an item is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible. We will promptly discuss the issue with you and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Changed your mind?

If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • You provide a copy of your receipt.
  • The product is a standard stock item.
  • The item is returned in its original condition (unused, unaltered, and not defaced).

If you require the items to be collected, a collection fee will apply (please refer to our delivery charge guide - Delivery Information.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for any items that have been made
to order.

For “special” orders (non-standard items), that have yet to be delivered / collected, cancellations are possible, but the 25% deposit will be forfeited.
