Terrible service

Before Storm Darragh hit, I ordered fence panels, posts, boards and postcrete to be delivered. Somerlap only deliver to my postcode on a Friday. When the delivery arrived, the driver admitted that he’d forgotten to put the gravel boards on. He said that a friend would drop them round later together with the paperwork.

By Monday lunchtime there was still no sign of the boards or paperwork. I phoned the office. I was informed that the boards had been delivered and had been placed over my side gate. I looked, no sign of them. The response: “Oh, OK I’ll get them delivered.”

Wednesday and still no sign of the boards or paperwork. I phone again. The office has no idea why I’ve been lied to 3 times. I’m told that the boards will be delivered later.

I wish I could say that the boards were worth waiting for. They weren’t - one has significant damage to it.

Well at least there’s some consistency. The quality of service is matched by the quality of product.
