Manufacturing takes place from our 5-acre manufacturing site conveniently located 10 minutes from Junction 22 of the M5. In addition to a comprehensive range of standard pallets, modern equipment and manufacturing facilities allows us to produce bespoke, made-to-order pallets. Delivery is by our own vehicle fleet with stock items normally dispatched within 3-5 days, however our large stockholding allows a 24-hour, express delivery service in cases of urgent need. Additionally, Somerlap offer a pallet repair and reconditioning service whereby damaged pallets are returned to their original state. Where a pallet is damaged beyond repair, our recovery service will collect, then recycle the degraded material via our chipping machine.
