Our 4ft (1200 x 100 x 100mm) bird mouth posts in green are pressure-treated, precision-cut and ready for post-and-rail fencing, pergolas and plenty more besides.

Why you’ll like them

• The birds mouth notch: A neat, precision-cut notch holds your horizontal rails snugly in place, so the structure stays solid and the finish stays tidy.
• Built to weather it: Pressure-treated to protect against rot, decay and insect attack, so they’re ready for all seasons.
• Right-sized: Each post is 4ft (about 1.2m), well suited to low and mid-height fencing and other structural jobs.
• Responsibly sourced: Made from timber from FSC or PEFC certified forests.
• Good-looking, too: Visible grain and a classic profile give a natural, rustic look that suits traditional and modern gardens alike.
• Easy to work with: Easy to handle and install with standard tools, so they’re ideal for professionals and DIYers.
