Your fence is only as good as its foundation. Our pressure-treated gravel boards sit at ground level to create a protective barrier between damp soil and your fence panels — stopping rot before it starts and keeping your fencing looking great for longer.

Tanalised to Use Class 3 (UC3), they're built to resist fungal decay and insect attack over the long term. The rough-sawn finish gives a natural, rustic look, and as FSC-certified timber from responsibly managed forests, you can feel good about where they've come from.

Versatile too — gravel boards work just as well for hit-and-miss fencing or building raised garden beds as they do for standard fence runs.

A couple of things to know
As a natural wood product, expect slight variation in grain and colour from the images shown. And while these boards come pre-treated, we'd always recommend applying a quality exterior wood treatment to any cut ends to get the most from them.

Gravel boards are important for defending and protecting the bottom of the fence from moisture - they form a defence between the bottom of the fence and the ground. These gravel boards are versatile and perfect for fencing projects.
