REMIX - (Pre-Mixed Concrete)

Does what it says on the tin !!

I ordered Remix, fence panels, posts and gravel boards. Somerlap only deliver to my postcode on a Friday. When the delivery arrived, the driver admitted that he’d forgotten to put the gravel boards on. He said that a friend would drop them round later together with the paperwork.

By Monday lunchtime there was still no sign of the boards or paperwork. I phoned the office. I was informed that the boards had been delivered and had been placed over my side gate. I looked, no sign of them. The response: “Oh, OK I’ll get them delivered.”

Wednesday and still no sign of the boards or paperwork. I phone again. The office has no idea why I’ve been lied to 3 times. I’m told that the boards will be delivered later.

I wish I could say that the boards were worth waiting for. They weren’t - one has significant damage to it.

Somerlap has since claimed that one of their Directors has endeavoured to ‘reach out’ to me. Well, I’ve had no text, call or email from them, so I can only assume that’s not true either.

Very good, easy to use and holds well.
Have used this many times and will continue to use it.
