2018 got off to a flying start for Mark First School and local ladies Zoe Kelley and Paige Eweinoh, thanks to prizes won at Somerlap’s Christmas Craft Fayre last month.
Christmas Fayre winners
Zoe completed a prize draw flyer at the fayre and won a timber bench for a school of her choice. She chose to donate her prize to Mark First School where both her daughter and son have been pupils. The bench has already been delivered to Mark School, who were delighted to accept it and it have placed it in their playground. Lucky Zoe also received a Somerlap timber bird table for herself.
Somerlap’s second lucky winner was Paige Eweinoh, who won a timber Blue Rabbit Climbing Frame. Understandably, Paige was delighted with her prize and has already gone online to order a slide to add to the climbing frame, so that it's ready for the garden.
Somerlap’s Managing Director, Kevin Bond said: “Our Christmas Craft Fayre was a wonderful festive event for the local community, and we hope that the prizes won by Zoe, Paige and Mark First School will provide them with a wonderful start to 2018.”
