At Somerlap, we can now proudly say that we are registered with Woodsure – the UK’s only woodfuel quality assurance scheme. They are a non-profit origination working to improve the quality of wood fuel.

Our Woodsure Certificate of Approval attests that our Recycled Woodchip and Kiln Dried Hardwood Logs have been tested and complies with the Woodsure standard for wood fuel products.

We produce our Recycled Woodchip onsite from scrap timber and, as well as being excellent ground coverage for paths and garden areas, woodchip is also a great sustainable wood fuel. Similarly, our Kiln Dried Hardwood Logs are sourced from sustainably managed forests in Wales.
