Fence mate post concrete 20kg

Offering up to 25N/mm2 strength (after 28 days) and a set time of 5-10 minutes, this rapid-setting product is time-saving and easy to use. With a consistent mixture and strength, you just need to add water; no pre-mixing required. FenceMate Post Concrete is the ideal time and effort saving solution for domestic or commercial applications such as fixing posts, road signs, or bollards, as no mixing with water is required before placing.

Storage

The packaging is 100% waterproof, but for best results should be stored clear of the ground, sheeted, and preferably under cover and unopened. The pallets should not be
stacked more than 4 high (if 60 or less bags) and 3 high (if 70 bags), with the material being used on a first-in, first out basis. For best results, store correctly and use within a 12-month period of manufacture.

Mixing and usage guide

Do not use when the air temperature is below +5° when the ground is frozen. Use at an ambient temperature of 5-25 degrees Celsius. Do not mix this product with any other
cement, cement admixture, or similar products. Do not move the post for at least 10 minutes until after the product has set. For your comfort and convenience, wear gloves to avoid any material from contacting the skin.

1. Dig a hole of sufficient depth for the post. A 2400mm post should have 600mm below ground.
2. Place the post in the hole and fix it in position. Check for alignment with a spirit level.
3. Empty half the contents of the bag into the hole around the base of the post. Pour approx.1 litre of clean water onto the Post Concrete (this quantity may vary due to ground moisture - reduce the amount of water in waterlogged conditions). Stop pouring when the water ceases to soak away. Now empty the remaining contents of the bag into the hole and pour another approx. litre of water in.
4. The mix will be set in approximately 10-15 minutes.
