We pride ourselves on our high quality, if a product is faulty please let us know and we will provide a replacement.

Changed your mind?

If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to refund or replace it as long as you have your receipt.

All products that are returned must be in their original condition (not used, nailed, sawn or defaced in any way) and we will charge a 25% restocking fee. If you want to return products that have been delivered, please get in touch to arrange a collection. Returns by collection will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus a collection charge.
