In these uncertain times, with the situation changing daily, we wanted to clarify our position regarding our manufacturing and retail businesses.
1. Pallet Manufacture
We are continuing to produce pallets. Almost all goods, equipment and machines are packed and transported on wooden pallets or in wooden boxes, and by producing them we are helping to maintain the supply of food, medicines and equipment, as well as keeping the economy moving. Because of this we consider pallets to be an essential item (that cannot be made from home), and we will remain open to continue their manufacture and supply unless told otherwise. We will of course continue to make sure our staff are as protected as possible.
2. Retail garden products
Following the Prime Minister’s broadcast on 23rd March we have temporarily closed the retail garden side of our business to the public, and are unable to take any garden product orders over the telephone or online. We will endeavour to satisfy all current orders, and look forward to welcoming you back when it is safe to do so.
